The payment system will be a 3D secure system.
Every transaction has access to a secure password (OTP) for secure payment transactions. If the customer does not receive the otp, suggest the customer to contact the card issuing bank to receive the otp.
In case of unsuccessful payment problems are as follows:
​1. Verify card information:
Ensure that the credit or debit card details entered are correct, such as the card number, expiration date, CVV (security code), and cardholder’s name.
2. Check account balance:
If using a debit card, confirm that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the transaction.
3.Contact the bank or card issuer: The payment may have been declined due to transaction limits, such as daily spending limits or international restrictions. Contact the bank or card issuer for more details and to verify the transaction status.
4.Retry the transaction:
After verifying and correcting any errors, attempt the payment again.
Following these steps should help resolve the payment failure effectively.
